Pouf SORIANA: A Design Icon by Afra & Tobia Scarpa for Cassina.
Discover the Pouf SORIANA, designed by Afra & Tobia Scarpa for Cassina and made in Italy. This iconic piece redefines comfort in furniture, emerging in 1969 with a groundbreaking design that relies on a metal structure rather than internal support.
Striking a balance between formal and informal styles, the SORIANA was awarded the Compasso d’Oro in 1970 for its complex yet simple design. Its sustainable credentials include internal padding made from BioFoam® microspheres and 100% recycled blown fiber, both promoting eco-friendliness and comfort.
